Modern House

A house design starts with the future home owners wishes and desires, here it was to have a private and cozy abode in an urban area. The design followed having a courtyard at the centre away from the street and becoming a private space for the urban site. Living spaces open into this courtyard creating an open, well ventilated and naturally lighted space that form the core of the building.
